I went to coach Tameem at a sub-only tournament held by Dream Jiu Jitsu at the LA Fit Expo.

I'm not the biggest fan of actually writing... Sometimes I just want to post my bad pictures. That's what I am doing this post ;P

Jeff Sutton wins by first round guillotine.

The first ever MMA show by Golden Boy. It was at Forum in Inglewood, California and we hadJosh Jones fighting on it.

This was one of the worst prepared shows I have ever been a part of. Just getting to the "locker rooms" was a hassle as they sent us back-and-forth between the two multiple times as they could not figure out where we were supposed to be.
