In the first of many shows we have guys fighting in this month, we are starting out with another Knockout Fight League amateur MMA show.

We had one fighter — Jesse Herrera — fighting on the show as well as Adam Lynn having two fighters from his Subfighter — Diana Mendoza & Geoff Mellor — fighting on the card.

First up was Diana Mendoza. From the start of the first round, she came out 1000mph and put it on her opponent. She may have set a record for the most punches thrown in a round... EVER. Her opponent was super tough and weathered the storm in the first round to be able to try and make the fight competitive, but Diana didn't slow down much in rounds 2 and 3 en route to winning by unanimous decision.

Next up was Jesse, who was the recipient of one of the worst calls I have seen in MMA. After a back and forth first round, Jesse gets a kimura on his opponent and both physically and verbally submits him. Judges saw it, corners saw it, the entire crowd saw it... Basically everyone but the ref saw the tap. Jesse's opponent EVEN ADMITTED THAT HE TAPPED. But since the ref didn't see it, he called for the fight to continue. The rest of the fight was back and forth until time ran out and Jesse lost by split decision to the fighter he submitted...

Last up was Geoff Mellor who was fighting for the featherweight championship. There is not much to say about the fight besides that it was the type of fight we've come to expect from Adam Lynn's fighters. Geoff fought a controlled fight in his favor from start to finishing, picking up the win by unanimous decision and becoming the new featherweight champion!

Next up, Bellator 192 next week!
