I’ve gotten lazy about updating this blog. But here are the pictures from the Knockout Fight Night on January 30. We went 1-2-1 for the night (the last 1 being a no contest due to a grown strike that ended the fight in the first round).
Gabriel Green was in the main event once again, defending his Welterweight title. After two timeouts from Gabe receiving kicks to the groin in the first, he won the fight with a spectacular head kick knockout. I’m going to try to find video of the KO to post later.

Just realized that I forgot to post the pictures from the Knockout Fight Night on October 28. We only had Gabriel Green fighting that night. He was in the main event defending his welterweight championship for the first time. It was a TOUGH fight and the first time Gabe has ever lost a round in a fight, much less possibly two rounds. In the end, Gabe’s heart and cardio became the deciding factor and he came through with a 3rd round TKO, increasing his record to 5-0.

Back to Gabriel Green. He brought his record to 4-0 and took home the Knockout Promotions welterweight championship after winning by a first-round rear naked choke (which also happened to be his first submission after a decision win and two TKO wins).

Saturday, August 22, 2015. Another night of fights by Knockout Promotions and back on the winning track. We were supposed to have 4 guys fighting, but ended up with 3 due to illness. Long Tran and Henry Campanur were both making their amateur debuts, while Gabriel Green was trying to increase his record to 4-0 and fighting for the promotion’s Welterweight title.
